Needs Assessment

Publication of this document demonstrates our commitment to the health of families in the Mohawk Valley through the fulfillment of our role as community resource for health and human service professionals regarding issues of maternal, child and family health and wellness.  The data and summaries in this report will provide information essential to the development and implementation of programs designed to impact the health and well being of families and individuals in the Mohawk Valley. This report is a compilation of data from New York State Department of Health, other state agencies, county health departments, local and regional organizations and existing reports and documents.  This needs assessment identifies unmet needs and gaps in services in the Mohawk Valley.
